On February 25, representatives of the Department of Software Engineering and Computer Systems participated in the consortium meeting of the international Erasmus+ Eco Minds project. During the event, representatives of partner organizations discussed the project’s key tasks, agreed on their implementation, and coordinated their execution. Each partner presented their achievements and contributions to the project’s objectives, while key milestones, risks, and potential adjustments were also reviewed.
One of the important topics of the meeting was the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among the partners. Deadlines for upcoming project phases were agreed upon to ensure adherence to the project timeline and goals. Additionally, the participants discussed a stakeholder engagement strategy, including planning activities for disseminating project results and exploring potential collaboration opportunities.
